souqaldeals.com refunds payment will be made through cheque / Voucher Code / Bank Transfer depending on the mode of payment used at the time of placing the order.

Failure to provide the same to either the souqaldeals.com delivery personnel or any of its associates can lead to cancellation of the order. If the item purchased and is being delivered as a gift item, then the customer who made the original transaction online will have to provide his/her proof of identification.
